Who Is CENTURY 21® Connecticut Realty Associates?

Connecticut Realty Associates was established in 1974 by Jim Celio, Owner and Principal Broker in Hebron. In 1978 a second office was opened in East Hampton. Both offices became affiliated with CENTURY 21® in 1993. January 2003 brought the opening of a third office in Storrs-Mansfield. Our ability to service a large geographical area encompassing central, eastern and parts of southern Connecticut continues to grow!

We are proud of the fact that many of the agents in our three offices hold civic, volunteer and professional service positions, both in the community where they live and the real estate community in which they work. This helps keep them in the forefront of the ebb and flow of the ever-changing world we all live in.

CENTURY 21® Connecticut Realty Associates puts a very strong emphasis on ethics and education. It is what “makes the agency what it is” and why we are proud to be at the forefront of change, particularly in consumer protection issues which are closely monitored on both the state and local level. Each agent is supported by full time administrative support personnel, their office Sales Manager and Company Vice President, in addition to the CENTURY 21® Connecticut Realty Associates Owner Broker, Jim Celio.
