CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates Named Principal Broker of Cartus Broker Network
CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates has been named a principal member of the Cartus Broker Network. CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates has 75 agents in 3 offices throughout the eastern Connecticut area. Network brokers are responsible for, among other things, the effective marketing of real estate on behalf of Cartus’ clients, and the delivery of Top Block1 service to its customers.
According to Gerald Pearce, Executive Vice President of Cartus Supply Chain Management, CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates will take on an important role in providing real estate services to Cartus clients. The decision to make the firm a Network Broker in the market was based on their strong performance and a shared commitment to Cartus business and its customer goals.
Jim Celio, President for CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates, said the relationship with Cartus brings with it increased responsibility and additional opportunities to the firm. “This move makes a tremendous statement about our company. Cartus is an industry leader in relocation. The fact that we were chosen as a Principal Broker speaks highly to our reputation as a real estate firm in this competitive market.”
Pearce stressed the critical role that the Cartus Network Brokers play in the company’s ability to support clients and their transferring employees. “The real estate brokers that make up our Network must provide the very best in service delivery, meeting and maintaining stringent performance standards. CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates meets those standards. We are proud to be associated with them and look forward to a long and effective relationship,” Pearce said.

About CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates
Connecticut Realty Associates was established in 1974 by Jim Celio, Owner and Principal Broker in Hebron. In 1978 a second office was opened in East Hampton. Both offices became affiliated with CENTURY 21® in 1993. January 2003 brought the opening of a third office in Storrs/Mansfield. Our ability to service a large geographical area encompassing central, eastern and parts of southern Connecticut continues to grow!
We are proud of the fact that many of the agents in our three offices hold civic, volunteer and professional service positions, both in the community where they live and the real estate community in which they work. This helps keep them in the forefront of the ebb and flow of the ever-changing world we all live in.
We are always proud to be part of the solution!
CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates puts a very strong emphasis on ethics and education. It is what “makes the agency what it is” and why we are proud to be at the forefront of change, particularly in consumer protection issues which are closely monitored on both the state and local level. Each agent is supported by full time administrative support personnel, their office Sales Manager and Company Vice President, in addition to the CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates Owner Broker, Jim Celio.
