THE CLASSIC
The Classic is a 2880 square foot traditional style colonial. Formal Living and Dining Rooms, fireplaced Family Room, island Kitchen and first floor laundry. Large Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and jacuzzi Master Bath. Three additional bedrooms and second bath complete the second floor. This house also comes with an oversized garage!

THE FARMSTEAD
The Farmstead is a 2805 square foot colonial with a beautiful front porch. The first floor offers a formal Living Room which opens to the fireplaced Family Room, formal Dining Room and large island Kitchen with eating area. Upstairs, find Master Bedroom with optional office/nursery. Three additional bedrooms, second bath and laundry provides plenty of room for everyone!

THE GATHERING
The Gathering is a 2745 square foot colonial with an open first floor plan. Four bedrooms, 2½ baths. Fireplaced Family Room open to dinette and Kitchen with island. A generously sized formal Dining Room completes the first floor. Upstairs find a large Master Bedroom with jacuzzi bath, plus three other bedrooms, bath and second floor laundry.
