Naek Construction Company, a Connecticut corporation, specializes in development, construction management, and general contracting for industrial, commercial and public buildings. Customers include private owners, municipalities and the State of Connecticut. The company, formed in 1978, has grown steadily as a result of experienced management capabilities, professional staff, and exemplary performance record.
Naek was founded by the president of the company, Rashid Hamid. Mr. Hamid oversees all aspects of the business from sales to estimating to job completion. In addition to previous public works and project engineering positions, Mr. Hamid holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Sebastian Testa, Project Manager for The Village at Loveland Hills, joined Naek in 1997. He is responsible for estimating, planning, directing and controlling projects from bidding to completion. He has worked on renovation and major new construction, including offices, residential housing and a 228-room resort hotel and casino. Mr. Testa graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, and a Certificate of Business Administration from Tunxis Community College.
